From the Valhalla Brewery in Unst, comes Sjolmet Stout. The 'Sjolmet' was a distinctive colour of Shetland cow which, echoing this ale, has a strong dark body and a light coloured head.

A very dark full bodied stout, brewed using pale malt, roast barley, malted oats, malted wheat and crystal malt with challenger and East Kent goldings hops.

With an ABV of 5.0% it has a nice chocolate/caramel flavour to tempt the palate.
