Creating beer brewed from Bere is a heritage that Vikings are thought to have introduced to Britain in the 8th century. Our 'Island Bere' has been around since 2006, and we believe we were the first brewery to commercially brew beer from 100% Bere.

Island Bere uses an ancient type of six row barley called Bere.
